How do I know if I need custom software?
Usually when the workarounds cost more than the tool. If your team maintains spreadsheets alongside a system, re-enters the same data twice, or cannot get a report without manual work, it is worth a conversation.
Isn't custom software more expensive?
Upfront, often yes. Over several years it can be better value than per-seat licences plus the staff time lost to workarounds. We will be straightforward if an existing product is the better fit.
Can it connect to tools we already use?
That is usually part of the point. If your accounting, CRM or supplier systems have an API, we can connect to them so data moves without re-entry.
Who owns the code?
You do. We hand over the codebase and documentation, and the system runs on infrastructure in your name.
Can you take over an existing system?
